What data we collect

WebPerformanceBeacon's browser SDK collects the following data points from end-user page loads:

• Page URL (path only, query parameters stripped by default)
• Core Web Vitals scores: LCP, CLS, INP, TTFB, FCP
• Browser name and version
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Country (derived from IP, which is not stored)
• Deploy hash (if configured)

We do not collect personal data. We do not use cookies. We do not fingerprint visitors. We do not track users across sites.

Legal basis

We process data under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our processing is limited to aggregate performance metrics that do not identify individuals.

Data retention

Retention depends on your plan:

• Starter: 7 days
• Growth: 90 days
• Enterprise: Custom retention period

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Since we do not collect personal data from site visitors, these rights typically apply to account holders. Contact us to exercise any right.

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors: cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Postmark). We do not sell data to third parties.
