WebPerformanceBeacon ("the Service") provides real user monitoring and web performance analytics. The Service collects Core Web Vitals and related metrics from websites where our SDK or script tag is installed, and presents those metrics through a web dashboard and API.
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts for separate projects, but a single project should not be split across multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
You may not use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All fees are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the dashboard.
If you cancel a paid plan mid-cycle, we provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing period. Annual plans receive a pro-rated refund for remaining full months.
We target 99.99% uptime for data collection endpoints. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees with financial credits. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPerformanceBeacon's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
